7-DAY WELLNESS PASSPORT:

Who is this course for?

This course has been designed for everybody who has an interest in holistic health, old or young.

How long will it take me to complete it?

It has been designed to be completed within 7 days, however, you can take longer or shorter depending on what you want to do. You'll have access to the entire course from payment so you can do it at a pace that suits you.

Can I access the course after I've completed it?

You have life-long access to the course from the purchase date, you can access it or go back to it at any time you choose. You'll also still have access to the resources that come with the course (videos and downloadable documents).

Are you offering any other course types?

I am currently working on other courses relating to holistic health and hope to get these up and running as soon as possible. If you have any suggestions please feel free to send me an email as I am always open to new ideas.

WELLNESS RETREAT:

Are flights included in the retreat?

Flights are not included as it would be logistically difficult for me to include this in the pricing, I have therefore deducted the average cost of flights on the retreat to allow you to book from the airport closest to you - I am however more than happy to assist you with booking your flights if you wish but this will of course have to be done on an individual basis.

Which airports can I fly to?

The closest airports with approximate travel times are:

Perpignan, France (30 minutes)

Carcassonne, France (1 hour and 30 minutes)

Beziers, France (1 hour and 30 minutes)

Girona, Spain (1 hour and 30 minutes)

Barcelona, Spain (2 hours and 30 minutes)

Can I do what I want on the retreat or is it a strict schedule?

There will be a schedule to provide some structure so that you can benefit from this retreat. However, I understand that you may want to skip some things or do your own thing at times and that is absolutely fine, you are by no means a prisoner and are able to do whatever you choose. If you prefer to do alternate things whilst there, I'm happy to help you with this also

I don't speak French, is this a problem?

Not at all. I speak French and will be able to assist you where needed. You will find that they are used to tourists in this area and you'll often find someone that will help you speaking in English wherever you go if you need, I will also be available 24/7 on the phone if you need any assistance.

Do I need any transport whilst there?

No. I will have a vehicle to transport you around whilst at the retreat. If you would prefer to have your own vehicle, you are welcome to arrange this yourself. All airports have vehicle hire and there is also a website (that has an app too) called 'Turo' where you can hire vehicles a lot cheaper from individuals (I have used this many times and found it to be great).

Will all meals be provided?

Yes. You will be provided with Breakfast, Lunch and an evening meal. Drinks will also be included. You are of course welcome to bring anything you want too. I will contact each person before the trip to find any dietary requirements or preferences and these will be catered for.

How sustainable is the retreat?

I provide food that is purchased in France and will aim to make as much as possible organic produce. Any remaining food left over from each retreat will be donated to local people in need so not to go to waste.

What if I need to cancel?

You can cancel and receive a 100% refund if you do so within 31 days of the start date of the retreat. If within 31 days of the start of the retreat, due to accommodation costs 100% of the fee will be non-refundable.

Can I transfer to another date?

I can try to accommodate this for you, you will need to contact me directly to discuss and the 31 day rule will apply regardless. Please remember that I am a small business and as such I have to ensure I have sufficient funds to be able to provide these retreats and cover costs of accommodation.

Can I bring a friend or partner?

I will be arranging accommodation with 5 bedrooms for the retreat (one for myself), and then 4 bedrooms, these will be single occupancy as I don't wish to make strangers share rooms BUT if you want to come with a friend or partner this is absolutely fine but you will in most cases need to share a room (and possibly a double bed). If you are coming as a pair it will reduce the overall cost for you both slightly as you're sharing a room, please contact to discuss.

I hope that answers all your questions, if not send me an email and I'll get back to you as soon as possible robyn@rdcoaching.org
